Pesto Pizza


1/4 cup panfried sunflower seeds

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Good handful rocket

Good handful parsley

Good handful of sunflower microgreens

Good handful tender microgreen peashoots

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 cup parmesan

In a pestle and mortar grind sunflowers seeds to paste then add greens and grind together adding the lemon and Olive oil in between handfuls of greens

Or simply blend until not quite smooth. Season to taste

Get your favourite pizza base, I switch between a yummy GF sourdough and a delicious spelt sourdough base.

Smear on the microgreen pesto

Places blobs of the buffalo mozzarella all over

Season with salt and pepper

Once cooked sprinkle generously with the spicy Radish Microgreens
