Gut Healing smoothie
This is super delicious and kids love it!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana (I break them into small pieces before freezing lots of them)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp slippery elm powder
handful broccoli microgreens
1/2 avocado
(add 1 tsp raw cacao powder if kids don't like a green smoothie colour)
Blend on high until smooth, enjoy!
